Rules and Regulations







  •  Students should wear the school uniform and any changes to the uniform is not allowed.
  •  Students must be in school uniform whenever they enter the school premises.
  •  Kindly ensure that your ward carries all the required materials to school daily.
  •  Please ensure KG Children bag's are marked with permanent marker pen to identify the same.
  •  No gold ornaments or jewelery of any kind should be worn by the pupil to school.
  •  Students should carry books as per time table.
  •  All textbooks and notebooks should be covered with brown laminated sheet and labeled neatly.
  •  Students must keep their hair tidy, neat and well combed. Girls having long hair should plait their hair properly.
         Boys must have regular hair cuts.
  •  Students must maintain clean and regularly polished shoes.
  •  Students should not carry any costly articles to school unless instructed.
  •  Library books must be returned to the school on the scheduled date failing which the students have to pay a fine.
  •  Children are expected to converse only in English within the school campus and in the school van.
  •  Students are expected to attend all review tests and examinations.
  •  The students should not take leave without prior information unless it is emergency.
  •  Students suffering from infectious and contagious diseases should on no account attend the school.
  •  Any student damaging the school property will have to pay for the same.
  •  It is a serious offence for any student to physically harm any school mate.


ADMISSION PROCEDURE

    Students are admitted after the application form is filled, registered and considered by the Principal. Admissions are open to students of all sects, irrespective of the caste, creed and color without any racial discrimination.


    Admissions are open for Pre.KG who are above two & half years of age and below three years Candidates seeking admission to L.K.G must have completed 3 years of age on or before the 31st of July.


  •  The filled in application form should be duly signed by the parent/guardian and to be submitted at the office on
         the specified dates.

  •  Based on the availability of seats candidates will be admitted.

  •  Rules and Regulations laid down by the management should be strictly followed.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

Whenever a student is withdrawn from the school for any reason whatsoever the whole term fees will be charged. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Application for transfer certificates must be made in the prescribed form by the parents or the guardian.


No transfer certificate will be issued unless all the arrears due to the school/trust are paid in full.T.C.s are issued only after 10 days from the date of receipt of the prescribed application form.


Pupils are liable to be suspended or sent away with T.C at any time of the year if their conduct is proved unsatisfactory


LEAVE & LATES

The names of the students who remain absent without a leave letter or any valid reason for a whole week will be struck off the rolls without prior intimation. Those who have been absent on the previous day, must submit a letter of explanation from the parent countersigned by the class teacher.


Generally all the students are expected to be on time at the school campus before the morning assembling commences. A fine of Rs.5.00 will be collected from the student who comes late to school. Students who are late by more than 15 minutes after the assembly will not be permitted to attend classes.


DISCIPLINE

Students must be punctual and should attend classes every day with their lessons well prepared, wearing neat uniforms. School dairy is to be brought to the school daily. Students who are out of uniform or who have failed to bring books to the class or to get the parents' signature regarding the remarks of the teacher in the dairy will be asked to go home.

Students on their way to and from the school are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner. Students are requested not to wear any costly Jewelry or bring any expensive items to the school.

The management will not be responsible for the loss of such property. Parents are expected to co-operate in the normal working of the school. Within the school campus students should speak only in English to acquire greater in the use of the language.
