Pupils must be punctual to the class everyday.
Leave is to be applied far in advance. Absence of 10 continuous working days will be taken to mean that
the child had
LEFT the school. his readmission is at the discretion of the Principal.
IF HE IS RE-ADMITTED HE WILL HAVE TO PAY THE ADMISSION FEE AGAIN.
Working days of the school are from Monday to Friday unless otherwise notified.
No school business will be transacted during the holidays. Pupils are not allowed to leave the school premises to meet parents or visitors during the school
hours without the permission of Principal.
The school calendar is to be brought to the school daily,
Children are not allowed into the class without the Calender.
The School Calendar is a record concerning the student.
If anyone loses it, HE OR SHE SHOULD GET WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM THE PRINCIPAL TO BUY A DUPLICATE DIARY.
The academic year is divided into 4 terms.
FIRST TERM : June, July, August
SECOND TERM : September, October, November
THIRD TERM : December, January, February
FORTH TERM : March, April, May
II Term Fee to be paid in the month of September
III Term Fee to be paid in the month of December
IV Term Fee to be paid in the month of March
FEE ONCE PAID ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
The fees are to be paid before the fifteenth of every term failing which an appropriate fine of Rs. 50/- will
be collected from 16th
to 20th. After 20th the student will not be allowed to sit in the class.
No student will be allowed to write the
exam without paying the Fee.
